حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، أَنَّ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ بِلاَلٍ، حَدَّثَهُمْ حَدَّثَنِي الْعَلاَءُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، جَاءَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ سَعِّرْ . فَقَالَ " بَلْ أَدْعُو " . ثُمَّ جَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ سَعِّرْ فَقَالَ " بَلِ اللَّهُ يَخْفِضُ وَيَرْفَعُ وَإِنِّي لأَرْجُو أَنْ أَلْقَى اللَّهَ وَلَيْسَ لأَحَدٍ عِنْدِي مَظْلَمَةٌ " .
انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated from Hadrat Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be well pleased with him) that a man came and submitted: O Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), fix prices for us. The Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: Rather, I pray (to Allah). Then another man came and submitted: O Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), fix prices for us. The Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: Rather, it is Allah who lowers and raises prices. I hope to meet Allah in a state where no one has a claim of injustice against me.
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک شخص آیا اور عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! نرخ مقرر فرما دیجیے۔ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: بلکہ میں دعا کرتا ہوں۔ پھر ایک اور شخص آیا اور عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! نرخ مقرر فرما دیجیے۔ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: بلکہ اللہ ہی (قیمتیں) گھٹاتا اور بڑھاتا ہے، اور مجھے اُمید ہے کہ میں اللہ سے اس حال میں ملوں کہ کسی کی طرف سے میرے ذمے کوئی مظلمہ نہ ہو۔
