حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، وَيَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَتِيقٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّنِينَ وَوَضَعَ الْجَوَائِحَ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ لَمْ يَصِحَّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الثُّلُثِ شَىْءٌ وَهُوَ رَأْىُ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ .
انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated by Hadrat Jabir ibn Abdullah (may Allah be well pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) forbade the sale of years (i.e., selling produce of multiple years in advance) and prescribed remission in case of natural disaster. Abu Dawud (upon him be mercy) said: Nothing authentic is established from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) regarding the one-third (remission), and it is the opinion of the people of Madinah.
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے کئی سالوں کی بیع (بیعِ سنین) سے منع فرمایا اور آفت کی صورت میں معاف کرنے کا حکم دیا۔ ابو داؤد رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے فرمایا: نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے ایک تہائی (معاف کرنے) کے بارے میں کوئی صحیح حدیث ثابت نہیں ہے، اور یہ اہلِ مدینہ کا فتویٰ ہے۔
