حَدَّثَنَا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الشَّعِيرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَمَرَ رَجُلاً حِينَ أَمَرَ الْمُتَلاَعِنَيْنِ أَنْ يَتَلاَعَنَا أَنْ يَضَعَ يَدَهُ عَلَى فِيهِ عِنْدَ الْخَامِسَةِ يَقُولُ إِنَّهَا مُوجِبَةٌ .
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hadrat 'Abdullah ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both) narrated that when the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) ordered a man and his wife to invoke mutual curses (li'an), he commanded a man to place his hand on the husband's mouth at the fifth utterance, saying: 'This is the decisive one (that necessitates punishment).'
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے جس وقت لعان کرنے والے میاں بیوی کو لعان کا حکم فرمایا تو ایک شخص کو حکم دیا کہ پانچویں مرتبہ اپنا ہاتھ اس (مرد) کے منہ پر رکھ دے اور کہے: یہ (عذاب کو) واجب کرنے والی ہے۔
