The same was narrated from al-Hasan al-Basri through another chain.

نا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، وَجَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ.

The same was narrated from al-Sha'bi through another chain.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، نا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ.

The same was narrated from Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) through another chain.

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، نا حَجَّاجٌ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ.

Al-Sha'bi said the same through the chain of Muhammad ibn Salim and Hajjaj.

ناسُفْيَانُ، عَنْزَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْأَبِيهِ، عَنْدَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدَ، عَنِالشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْمَسْرُوقٍ، بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ.

The same hadith was narrated through another chain from Masruq.

نا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا الأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ.

The same narration from al-Aswad ibn Yazid is reported through another chain.

ناهُشَيْمٌ،خَالِدٌ، عَنْأَبِي الضُّحَى، عَنْعَلِيٍّ، بِنَحْوِ ذَلِكَ

The same is reported from Ali through another chain.
