Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:10420 حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ السَّدُوسِيُّ ثنا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا كُنْتُمْ ثَلَاثَةً» فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ وَزَادَ فِيهِ «وَمَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ لَقِيَ اللهَ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ»
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The blood of a Muslim is not lawful except in three cases: the married adulterer, a life for a life, and the one who abandons his religion and separates from the community."
