Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:10008 حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ الْمُقْرِئُ ثنا أَبِي ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ خَاصَّةً مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ وَإِنَّ خَاصَّتِي مِنْ أَصْحَابِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ ؓ »
English Translation
Abdullah reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Indeed every prophet has close companions among his companions, and my close companions are Abu Bakr and Umar (may Allah be pleased with them).'
