Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:9589 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ثنا زَائِدَةُ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِخُصَيْفٍ أَحَدَّثَكُمْ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ «فِي خَمْسٍ وَعِشْرِينَ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ بِنْتُ مَخَاضٍ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ فَابْنُ لَبُونٍ ذَكَرٍ؟» قَالَ نَعَمْ
English Translation
Za'idah asked Khusayf: 'Did Abu Ubaydah ibn Abdullah ibn Mas'ud narrate to you from his father that he said: "For twenty-five camels, a one-year-old female camel (bint makhad) is due, and if there is none, then a two-year-old male camel (ibn labun)"?' He said: 'Yes.'
