Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:9353 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ثنا زَائِدَةُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ أَنَا وَعَبْدُ اللهِ الْمَسْجِدَ وَالْقَوْمُ رُكُوعٌ فَرَكَعْنَا ثُمَّ مَشَيْنَا حَتَّى دَخَلْنَا فِي الْقَوْمِ فَرَفَعُوا رُءُوسَهُمْ وَرَفَعْنَا مَعَهُمْ فَلَمَّا أَنْ فَرَغْنَا مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ قُمْتُ لِأَقْضِيَ فَحَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ فَقَالَ «قَدْ أَتْمَمْتَ الصَّلَاةَ»
English Translation
Zayd ibn Wahb said: 'Abdullah (ibn Mas'ud) and I entered the mosque while the people were bowing (in prayer). We bowed and then walked until we joined the row. They raised their heads and we raised with them. When we finished the prayer, I stood to make up (the rak'ah), but Abdullah said: "You have already completed the prayer."'
