Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:9334 حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ قَالَ «كَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ» لَا يَسْتَدِيرُ فِي صَلَاةٍ إِنْ كَانَتْ حَاجَتُهُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ انْفَتَلَ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَإِنْ كَانَتْ حَاجَتُهُ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ انْفَتَلَ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ
English Translation
Abu 'Ubaydah said: 'Abdullah (ibn Mas'ud) would not turn around (completely) after prayer. If his need was to his right, he would turn to his right; and if his need was to his left, he would turn to his left.'
