Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:9322 حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ شُعَيْبٍ عَمِّهِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ قَالَ «دَخَلْتُ الْمَسْجِدَ فَوَجَدْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ يُصَلِّي فَرَكَعَ وَافْتَتَحْتُ سُورَةَ الْأَعْرَافِ فَفَرَغْتُ مِنْهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَسْجُدَ»
English Translation
Alqamah said: 'I entered the mosque and found Abdullah (ibn Mas'ud) praying. He bowed, and I started reciting Surah al-A'raf and finished it before he prostrated (due to his lengthy bowing).'
