Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:9229 حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ «§الْمُلَامَسَةُ مَا دُونَ الْجِمَاعِ أَنْ يَمَسَّ الرَّجُلُ جَسَدَ امْرَأَتِهِ بِشَهْوَةٍ فَفِيهِ الْوُضُوءُ»
English Translation
Ibn Mas'ud said: 'Al-mulamasah (touching) is what is less than intercourse — when a man touches the body of his wife with desire, then wudu is required from it.'
