Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:9189 حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنِي هُبَيْرَةُ بْنُ يَرِيمَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ يَقُولُ إِنَّ §مِنْ آخِرِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ دُخُولًا رَجُلًا مَرَّ بِهِ ﷻ فَقَالَ لَهُ قُمْ فَادْخُلِ الْجَنَّةَ فَأَقْبَلَ عَلَيْهِ عَابِسًا فَقَالَ وَهَلْ أَبْقَيْتَ لِي شَيْئًا؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ لَكَ مِثْلَ مَا طَلَعَتْ عَلَيْهَا الشَّمْسُ أَوْ غَرَبَتْ
English Translation
Ibn Mas'ud said: "Among the last of the people of Paradise to enter it is a man whom Allah will pass by and say: 'Arise and enter Paradise.' He will come to Him frowning and say: 'Have You left anything for me?' He will say: 'Yes, you shall have the like of what the sun has risen over or set upon.'"
