Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:8858 حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ «إِذَا كَانَتْ سَنَةُ خَمْسٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ حَدَثَ أَمْرٌ عَظِيمٌ فَإِنْ هَلَكُوا فَبِالْحَرِيِّ وَإِنْ يَنْجُوا فَعَسَى وَإِذَا كَانَتْ سَنَةُ سَبْعِينَ رَأَيْتُمْ مَا تُنْكِرُونَ»
English Translation
Ibn Mas'ud said: 'When the year thirty-five comes, a great matter will occur. If they perish, then it is likely; and if they survive, then perhaps. And when the year seventy comes, you will see what you detest.'
