Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:7965 حَدَّثَنَا عَلَّانُ ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا أَبِي ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ مِنْ أُمَّتِي مَنْ يَأْتِي السُّوقَ فَيَبْتَاعُ الْقَمِيصَ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ أَوْ ثُلُثِ دِينَارٍ فَيَحْمَدُ اللهَ إِذَا لَبِسَهُ فَلَا يَبْلُغُ رُكْبَتَيْهِ حَتَّى يُغْفَرَ لَهُ»
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Indeed, among my Ummah there will be those who go to the market and buy a shirt for half a dinar or a third of a dinar, and he praises Allah when he wears it, and before it reaches his knees he will be forgiven."
