English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, in a hadith qudsi: "Allah the Mighty and Majestic says: 'My servant continues to draw near to Me with voluntary acts of worship until I love him. When I love him, I become his hearing with which he hears, his sight with which he sees, his tongue with which he speaks, and his heart with which he understands. When he calls upon Me, I answer him. When he asks Me, I give him. When he seeks My help, I help him. And the most beloved act of worship through which My servant worships Me is sincere counsel.'"
