Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:7647a حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ زِبْرِيقٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ ضَمْضَمِ بْنِ زُرْعَةَ عَنْ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ قَالَ قَالَ خِدَاشٌ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ أَنَّهُ شَهِدَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ حَجَّةَ الْوَدَاعِ فَكَانَ أَوَّلَ مَا تَفَوَّهَ بِهِ أَنْ قَالَ «إِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ يُوصِيكُمْ بِأُمَّهَاتِكُمْ»
English Translation
Abu Umamah reported that he witnessed the Farewell Pilgrimage with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), and the first thing he spoke was: 'Indeed Allah, the Almighty, enjoins upon you your mothers.'
