Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:7277 حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ثنا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ حَدِيدٍ عَنْ صَخْرٍ الْغَامِدِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ بَارِكْ لِأُمَّتِي فِي بُكُورِهَا»
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'No one who has the weight of a mustard seed of arrogance in his heart will enter Paradise.' A man said: 'One likes his garment to be fine and his sandals to be fine.' He said: 'Allah is Beautiful and loves beauty. Arrogance is rejecting the truth and looking down on people.'
