Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:5936 حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا مُبَشِّرُ بْنُ مُكَسِّرٍ ثنا أَبُو حَازِمٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِلْجَنَّةِ بَابٌ يُقَالُ لَهُ الرَّيَّانُ يُدْعَى إِلَيْهِ الصَّائِمُونَ يُقَالُ لَهُمْ هَلُمُّوا فَإِذَا دَخَلُوا أَغْلَقُوا ذَلِكَ الْبَابَ فَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ مَعَهُمْ غَيْرُهُمْ
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Paradise has a gate called al-Rayyan, through which the fasting people will be called. They will be told: 'Come!' When they enter, that gate will be closed, and no one else will enter through it."
