Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:5880 حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْعَلَّافُ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَرْيَمَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حُصَيْنٍ ثنا الْحِمَّانِيُّ قَالَا ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَزَالُ النَّاسُ بِخَيْرٍ مَا عَجَّلُوا الْفِطْرَ وَلَمْ يُؤَخِّرُوهُ تَأْخِيرَ أَهْلِ الْمَشْرِقِ»
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "People will continue to be in a good state so long as they hasten to break their fast and do not delay it like the people of the East."
