Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:5426 حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنْبَاعِ رَوْحُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ قَالَ «تُوُفِّيَ سَلَمَةُ بْنُ الْأَكْوَعِ وَيُكْنَى أَبَا إِيَاسٍ وَأَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيُّ سَنَةَ أَرْبَعٍ وَسَبْعِينَ»
English Translation
Zayd ibn Thabit narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "May Allah brighten the face of a person who hears a hadith from me and conveys it as he heard it. Perhaps the one who conveys is more understanding than the one who heard it."
