English Translation
Rabah ibn al-Rabi' said: We were with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) on a military expedition. He saw the people gathered around something, so he sent a man saying: "See what they have gathered around." He came back and said: "Around a woman who has been killed." He said: "She was not one who fights." Khalid ibn al-Walid was leading the vanguard, so he sent a man to him saying: "Tell Khalid not to kill a woman or a hired laborer."
