Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:4298 حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ سَلَامٍ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ لَبِيدٍ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْعَامِلُ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ بِالْحَقِّ كَالْغَازِي فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ إِلَى بَيْتِهِ»
English Translation
Rafi' ibn Khadij narrated: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "What causes the blood to flow and over which Allah's Name is mentioned — eat from it, but not (if slaughtered with) a tooth or a nail. The tooth is a bone, and the nail is the knife of the Abyssinians."
