English Translation
Khalid ibn al-Walid said: I went on an expedition with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). The Jews came to the Messenger of Allah and complained that people had encroached upon their enclosures. The Messenger of Allah sent me, and I called out among the people: The prayer is being held in congregation, and none shall enter Paradise except a Muslim. When the people gathered, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) stood and said: "What is the matter with the Jews? They complained that you encroached upon their enclosures. Indeed, the properties of those under treaty are not lawful without their right. And forbidden to you are domesticated donkeys, their horses, every predator with fangs, and every bird with talons."
