Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:3687 حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ وَوَكِيعٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ قُلْنَا لِخَبَّابٍ بِأَيِّ شَيْءٍ كُنْتُمْ تَعْرِفُونَ قِرَاءَةَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ؟ قَالَ «بِاضْطِرَابِ لَحْيَيْهِ»
English Translation
Abu Ma'mar said: 'We said to Khabbab: By what did you recognize the recitation of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) in the Zuhr and Asr prayers? He said: By the movement of his beard.'
