Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:2080 حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا ابْنُ الْأَصْبَهَانِيِّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ قَالَا ثنا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ جَابِرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَعِنْدَهُ دُبَّاءٌ فَقُلْتُ مَا تَصْنَعُونَ؟ قَالَ «نُكْثِرُ بِهِ طَعَامَنَا»
English Translation
Jabir ibn Samurah said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say: "There will be after me twelve caliphs, all of them from Quraysh." Then he returned to his house and Quraysh came to him and said: "Then what will happen?" He said: "Then there will be turmoil and killing."
