Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:12048 حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ثنا أَبِي ح وَحَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ ثنا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَا ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْحَافِي أَوْلَى بِصَدْرِ الطَّرِيقِ مِنَ الْمُنْتَعِلِ»
English Translation
Ibn Abbas narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'The barefoot person has more right to the middle of the road than the one wearing shoes.'
