Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:11797 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ثنا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ نُسَيْرِ بْنِ ذُعْلُوقٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ «كَانَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ دِرْعٌ مَرْهُونَةٌ عِنْدَ يَهُودِيٍّ فَمَا وَجَدَ مَا يَفُكُّها حَتَّى مَاتَ»
English Translation
Ibn Abbas said: 'The Prophet (peace be upon him) had a coat of armor that was pledged with a Jew, and he could not find what would redeem it until he died.'
