Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:11513 حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ثنا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ امْرَأَةَ ثَابِتِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ اخْتَلَعَتْ «فَأَمَرَهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ تَعْتَدَّ حَيْضَةً»
English Translation
The wife of Thabit ibn Qays sought khul' (divorce by returning the mahr), and the Prophet (peace be upon him) commanded her to observe a waiting period of one menstrual cycle.
