English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Any woman who marries without a guardian, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid. If he has consummated the marriage, she is entitled to the mahr (dowry) for what he has made permissible of her body. And if they dispute, the Sultan (ruler) is the guardian of the one who has no guardian.'
