Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:11357 حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ الْعَبْدِيُّ ثنا دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْفُرَاتِ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ السَّدُوسِيُّ ثنا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا حَسَّانُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ الصَّائِغُ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ «صَلَّى نَبِيُّ اللهِ ﷺ بِالنَّاسِ يَوْمَ فِطْرٍ رَكْعَتَيْنِ بِغَيْرِ أَذَانٍ وَلَا إِقَامَةٍ ثُمَّ خَطَبَ بَعْدَ الصَّلَاةِ ثُمَّ أَخَذَ بِيَدِ بِلَالٍ فَانْطَلَقَ إِلَى النِّسَاءِ فَخَطَبَهُنَّ ثُمَّ أَمَرَ بِلَالًا بَعْدَمَا قَفَا مِنْ عِنْدَهُنَّ أَنْ يَأْتِيَهُنَّ فَيَأْمُرَهُنَّ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقْنَ»
English Translation
The Prophet of Allah (peace be upon him) prayed with the people on the day of Eid al-Fitr two rak'ahs without adhan or iqamah, then he delivered a sermon after the prayer. Then he took Bilal by the hand and went to the women, and he addressed them. Then he commanded Bilal, after he had left them, to go to them and order them to give in charity.
