Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:11025 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا الْمُعَلِّمُ ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ لَمْ تَنْهَهُ صَلَاتُهُ عَنِ الْفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنْكَرِ لَمْ يَزْدَدْ مِنَ اللهِ إِلَّا بُعْدًا»
English Translation
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever is not deterred from indecency and wrongdoing by his prayer, only increases in distance from Allah.'
