English Translation
Ibn Abbas reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him), when he entered Makkah, said: "The people have claimed that you have perished from exhaustion and hunger, so walk briskly (raml) when you enter and touch [the Black Stone] for three rounds." They did so, and the people of Makkah said: "We do not see these people as anything but strong, while you claimed they had perished from exhaustion."
