نا هُشَيْمٌ , قَالَ: نا مَنْصُورٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ،
English Translation
Al-Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding 'those in authority among you' (al-Nisa: 59): 'They are both the rulers and the scholars.'
Urdu Translation
حسن بصری رحمہ اللہ نے آیت﴿وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ﴾کی تفسیر میں فرمایا: وہ مراد حکمران اور اہلِ علم دونوں ہیں۔[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب التفسير/حدیث: 654]
