Arabic (Original)
نا نا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍأَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:" لَيْسَ عَلَى الأَمَةِ حَدٌّ حَتَّى تُحْصَنَ، لأَنَّ اللَّهَ يَقُولُ: فَإِذَا أُحْصِنَّ فَإِنْ أَتَيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ سورة النساء آية 25".
English Translation
Sa'id ibn Jubayr (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to say: 'There is no prescribed punishment upon a bondwoman until she gets married, because Allah says: "When they are given in marriage, if they commit indecency" (al-Nisa: 25).'
Urdu Translation
سعید بن جبیر رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ سیدنا عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما فرمایا کرتے تھے: لونڈی پر حد نہیں جب تک کہ وہ نکاح نہ کر لے، کیونکہ اللہ عزوجل فرماتا ہے:﴿فَإِذَا أُحْصِنَّ فَإِنْ أَتَيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ﴾۔[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب التفسير/حدیث: 616]
