Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَاهُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِيعَبَّادُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُالْحَسَنَ" يَقْرَأُ:" وَلِتُكْمِلُوا الْعِدَّةَ سورة البقرة آية 185".
English Translation
'A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to recite over himself with the Mu'awwidhat during his final illness. When he became too ill, I would recite them and wipe his body with his own hand, seeking its blessing."
Urdu Translation
عباد بن راشد رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے حسن رحمہ اللہ کو﴿وَلِتُكْمِلُوا الْعِدَّةَ﴾پڑھتے ہوئے سنا۔[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب التفسير/حدیث: 272]
