Arabic (Original)
نا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شُبْرُمَةَ، قَالَ:" إِنْ وَجَدَ أَنْفَقَ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ لَمْ يُكَلَّفْ مَا لا يُطِيقُ".
English Translation
Ibn Shubramah said: "If the husband has the means, he should spend; and if he does not, he should not be burdened beyond his capacity."
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابن شبرمہ رحمہ اللہ نے فرمایا:”اگر مرد کے پاس ہو تو خرچ کرے، اگر نہ ہو تو زائد تکلیف نہ دی جائے۔“[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب الطلاق/حدیث: 3204]
