Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أنا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ:" لا مُلاعَنَةَ لِمَنْ لا يَمْلِكُ الرَّجْعَةَ".
English Translation
Ibrahim said: "There is no li'an for one who does not have the right to take back his wife (i.e., after irrevocable divorce)."
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابراہیم رحمہ اللہ نے فرمایا: جس شخص کو رجوع کا حق حاصل نہ ہو اس کے لیے لعان نہیں ہے۔[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب الطلاق/حدیث: 2753]
