Arabic (Original)
عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "إن الذين يصنعون هذه الصور يعذبون يوم القيامة، يقال لهم: أحيوا ما خلقتم" ((متفق عليه)).
English Translation
Hadrat Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them) said:The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "Those who draw pictures will be punished on the Day of Resurrection; and it will be said to them: 'Breathe soul into what you have created."'.
Urdu Translation
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: جو لوگ یہ تصویریں بناتے ہیں انہیں قیامت کے دن عذاب دیا جائے گا اور ان سے کہا جائے گا: جو بنایا ہے اسے زندہ کرو! (متفق علیہ)
