وعن ابن عمر رضى الله عنهما قال:كنا نأكل على عهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ونحن نمشى ، ونشرب ونحن قيام.((رواه الترمذي))
English Translation
Hadrat Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them) reported:During the lifetime of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) we would eat while walking and would drink while standing..
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے زمانے میں ہم چلتے ہوئے کھاتے اور کھڑے ہو کر پیتے تھے۔ (ترمذی)
