Arabic (Original)
وعن ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: “أولى الناس بي يوم القيامة أكثرهم علي صلاة" رواه الترمذي وقال حديث حسن.
English Translation
Hadrat Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "The people who will be nearest to me on the Day of Resurrection will be those who supplicate Allah more often for me.".
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابن مسعود رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: قیامت کے دن لوگوں میں سے مجھ سے سب سے زیادہ قریب وہ ہوگا جو مجھ پر سب سے زیادہ درود بھیجتا ہو۔ (ترمذی)
