وعن جابر رضى الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أمر بلعق الأصابع والصحفة، وقال: "إنكم لا تدرون في أي طعامكم البركة".((رواه مسلم))
English Translation
Hadrat Jabir (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) commanded the licking of fingers and the gleaning of the dish, saying, "You do not know in which portion the blessing lies.".
Urdu Translation
حضرت جابر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے انگلیاں چاٹنے اور برتن صاف کرنے کا حکم دیا اور ارشاد فرمایا: تمہیں معلوم نہیں کہ تمہارے کھانے کے کس حصے میں برکت ہے۔ (مسلم)
