وعن قتادة بن ملحان، رضي الله عنه، قال: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يأمرنا بصيام أيام البيض: ثلاث عشرة، وأربع شعرة وخمس عشرة. ((رواه أبو داود.
English Translation
Qatadah bin Milhan (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) directed us to observe Saum (fasting) on the thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth of the (lunar) month..
Urdu Translation
حضرت قتادہ بن ملحان رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم ہمیں ایام بیض یعنی تیرھویں، چودھویں اور پندرھویں تاریخ کو روزہ رکھنے کا حکم دیتے تھے۔
