وعن جابر رضي الله عنه قال: سئل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : أي الصلاة أفضل؟ قال: "طول القنوت" ((رواه مسلم)).
English Translation
Hadrat Jabir (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was asked: "Which Salat is the best?" He replied, " The best Salat is that in which Qiyam (the duration of standing) is longer.".
Urdu Translation
حضرت جابر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے پوچھا گیا: سب سے افضل نماز کون سی ہے؟ ارشاد فرمایا: 'لمبا قیام (قنوت)۔'
