Arabic (Original)
وعنه رضي الله عنه قال: كان على ثقل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم رجل يقال له كركرة، فمات، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : "هو في النار" فذهبوا ينظرون إليه فوجدوا عباءة قد غلها” ((رواه البخاري)).
English Translation
'Abdullah bin 'Amr bin Al-'as (May Allah bepleased with them) reported that a man named Kirkirah, who was in charge of the personal effects of Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) passed away and the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "He is in the (Hell) Fire." Some people went to his house looking for its cause and found there a cloak that he had stolen.
Urdu Translation
حضرت عبداللہ بن حضرت عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے سامان کی دیکھ بھال پر ایک شخص مقرر تھا جس کا نام کرکرہ تھا۔ وہ مر گیا تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: وہ آگ میں ہے۔ لوگ اس کا حال دیکھنے گئے تو انہوں نے ایک چادر پائی جو اس نے چرائی تھی۔
