الثالث عشر: عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إذا توضأ العبد المسلم، أو المؤمن فغسل وجهه خرج من وجهه كل خطيئة نظر إليها بعينيه مع الماء، أو آخر قطر الماء، فإذا غسل رجليه خرجت كل خطيئة مشتها رجلاه مع الماء أو مع آخر قطر الماء حتى يخرج نقياً من الذنوب" ((رواه مسلم)).
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported:Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "When a Muslim or a believer washes his face (in the course of Wudu'), every sin he has committed with his eyes is washed away from his face along with water, or with the last drop of water; when he washes his hands, every sin they wrought is erased from his hands with the water, or with the last drop of water; and when he washes his feet, every sin towards which his feet walked is washed away with water, or with the last drop of water, with the result that he comes out cleansed of all sins"..
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: جب مسلمان یا مؤمن بندہ وضو کرتا ہے اور اپنا چہرہ دھوتا ہے تو اس کے چہرے سے ہر وہ گناہ نکل جاتا ہے جو اس نے آنکھوں سے دیکھا تھا، پانی کے ساتھ یا پانی کے آخری قطرے کے ساتھ۔ جب اپنے پاؤں دھوتا ہے تو ہر وہ گناہ نکل جاتا ہے جس کی طرف اس کے پاؤں چلے تھے، پانی کے ساتھ یا آخری قطرے کے ساتھ، یہاں تک کہ وہ گناہوں سے بالکل پاک ہو کر نکلتا ہے۔ (رواہ مسلم)
