وعن أبى ذر رضى الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "ثلاثة لا يكلمهم الله يوم القيامة، ولا ينظر إليهم ، ولا يزكيهم، ولهم عذاب أليم" قال: فقرأها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ثلاث مرار. قال أبو ذر : خابوا وخسروا من هم يا رسول الله ؟ قال: "المسبل، والمنان، والمنفق سلعته بالحلف الكاذب". وفى رواية له: "المسبل إزاره".((رواه مسلم))
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Dharr (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported that I heard the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) saying, "There are three to whom Allah will neither speak on the Day of Resurrection nor will look at them nor purify them (i.e., of their sins), and they will be severely tormented." When he repeated this (statement) thrice, Hadrat Abu Dharr (may Allah be well pleased with him) said: "They are doomed and destroyed! (But) who are they, O Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)?" He said, "One whose lower garment trails, one who boasts of kindness shown to another; and one who promotes sale of his business by taking false oaths.".
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: تین شخص ہیں جن سے اللہ تعالیٰ قیامت کے دن نہ بات کرے گا، نہ ان کی طرف نظرِ رحمت سے دیکھے گا، نہ انہیں پاک کرے گا اور ان کے لیے دردناک عذاب ہے۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے یہ بات تین مرتبہ فرمائی۔ حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے عرض کیا: وہ ناکام و نامراد ہوئے یا رسول اللہ! وہ کون لوگ ہیں؟ آپ نے ارشاد فرمایا: تہبند لٹکانے والا (تکبر سے)، احسان جتلانے والا اور جھوٹی قسم کھا کر مال بیچنے والا۔ (مسلم)
