Arabic (Original)
عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "من أكل من هذه الشجرة -يعني الثوم- فلا يقربن مسجدنا" ((متفق عليه)). وفي رواية لمسلم: "مساجدنا".
English Translation
Hadrat Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them) said:the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "He who has eaten garlic should not come to our mosque.".The narration in Muslim is: "He who has eaten garlic should not come to our mosques."
Urdu Translation
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: جس نے اس درخت یعنی لہسن سے کھایا وہ ہماری مسجد کے قریب نہ آئے۔ (متفق علیہ)۔ مسلم کی ایک روایت میں ہے: ہماری مسجدوں (کے قریب نہ آئے)۔
