Arabic (Original)
وعن سمرة رضى الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : "إلبسوا البياض؛ فإنها أطهر وأطيب، وكفنوا فيها موتاكم". ((رواه النسائي والحاكم))
English Translation
Hadrat Samurah (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, 'Wear white clothes because they are the purest and they are closest to modesty; and shroud the dead in it.".
Urdu Translation
حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: سفید لباس پہنو کیونکہ یہ سب سے زیادہ پاک اور پاکیزہ ہے اور اپنے مردوں کو اسی میں کفناؤ۔ (نسائی، حاکم)
