Arabic (Original)
عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ سَمِعْت رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه و سلم يَقُولُ: "مَنْ رَأَى مِنْكُمْ مُنْكَرًا فَلْيُغَيِّرْهُ بِيَدِهِ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَبِلِسَانِهِ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَبِقَلْبِهِ، وَذَلِكَ أَضْعَفُ الْإِيمَانِ" . .
English Translation
On the authority of Hadrat Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be well pleased with him), who said: I heard the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) state: "Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; and if he is unable to do so, then with his tongue; and if he is unable to do so, then with his heart — and that is the weakest degree of faith."
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے، فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو یہ ارشاد فرماتے ہوئے سنا: تم میں سے جو کوئی برائی دیکھے تو اسے اپنے ہاتھ سے بدل دے، اگر اس کی طاقت نہ ہو تو اپنی زبان سے (روکے)، اگر اس کی بھی طاقت نہ ہو تو اپنے دل سے (برا جانے)، اور یہ ایمان کا کمزور ترین درجہ ہے۔
