Arabic (Original)
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ السَّرْحِ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " عَقْلُ الْكَافِرِ نِصْفُ عَقْلِ الْمُؤْمِنِ " .
English Translation
It is narrated by Hadrat 'Amr (may Allah be well pleased with him) bin Shu'aib, from his father, from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "The blood money for a disbeliever is half the blood money for the believer." (Hassan)
Urdu Translation
حضرت عمرو بن شعیب اپنے والد سے اور وہ حضرت عبد اللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: کافر کی دیت مومن کی دیت کی نصف ہے۔
